Maintenance requirements for devices, including software or firmware updates, are outlined in the End User License Agreement (EULA). Failure to perform recommended maintenance may impact device performance.
Intellectual Property (IP)
All intellectual property rights in the content, design, and functionalities of the Site, as well as the devices sold and all related software or firmware, are owned or licensed by Riff Bright.
- Trademarks: Our trademarks, logos, and trade names may not be used without prior written permission.
- Copyright: All content, including text, graphics, logos, and icons, is protected under copyright laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or displaying any part of our Site without express permission.
- Device Software: Software embedded in the devices or available on the Site is licensed, not sold, to the user, strictly for personal and non-commercial use, and is subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA). International Shipping: Currently, Devices are only available for purchase and shipping within the United States. Riff Bright may expand to international shipping in the future, at which time new terms and conditions may apply, including additional shipping fees, customs duties, and restrictions based on local regulations. We will update this section and notify users if international purchases become available.
Limited Warranty
The Company offers a limited warranty on devices purchased through our Site, subject to the terms specified in our Warranty Policy (link to warranty policy).
This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the Warranty Policy.
Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect is not covered.
Termination of Use

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Site or devices shall be resolved through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.
Arbitration Location and Governing Law: All arbitration proceedings will take place in Warren County, Ohio and will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Exceptions to Arbitration: Either party may seek injunctive relief or file a claim in small claims court for qualifying matters, and both parties retain the right to pursue IP infringement claims in court.

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision and will not affect the Company’s right to enforce any provision at a later time.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Riff Bright regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
